Heya!

These Terms of Service (ToS) apply when working with me and are very important to read.
When you paid for a commission, you agree that you have read and understood my Terms of Service.Information current as of January 06, 2024

BASIC:

•Payment via PayPal (USD)
•Work on the Picture will be started after 100% prepayment.
•No deadlines.
•Payment must be made in 48 hours, or your commission will be cancelled (You can re-commission me next opening if this happens).
•I take the right to refuse a commission, if I dislike the topic/character/idea. If you are not sure if I will take the commission, just ask, I do not bite <D
•The Copyright of the final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your commission for Non-Commercial use only (Upload the Web-Version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, prints for yourself or friends etc.)!
I have the right to upload the Commission to my galleries for promote myself and use it for selling prints (like example prints in artbooks).
• I don't send .PSD (and other formats with layers) files for your commission.

YCH INFO:

• Please only bid if you are sure you can pay.
• Don't delete your bids, think ahead if you want and can afford this service.
• Payment for the picture is made within 48 hours after the end of the auction. If the winner does not pay it in the given time, the auction is resumed. A person who is unable to pay for any reason has no right to bid at this auction. In case of a repeated incident, the person will be blocked.
• If you have any unforeseen difficulties, let me know as soon as possible, we will agree on an increase in time or other possible outcomes. I will always meet you halfway within reasonable limits!
• Carefully read the rules of the auction, there is always information about what things can be changed on the final version of the picture.
• If you have any questions, you can always ask them in a special comment under the auction.

REFUNDS:

• Update: Due to the global situation in the world, refunds are temporarily unavailable.
• If the commissioner decides to cancel, I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.
• If the work has been fully completed, the funds will not be returned.
• If I need to cancel the commission for personal reasons, I guarantee a full refund within the agreed time.
• In the case when half of the work was completed, but the customer required a refund, then the work done will be taken into account when returning. The picture can be used by me in the future for resale (Only the pose, everything about your character will be corrected).

PROCESS:

• You will always get a Sketch to approve your Commission before I finish it. After finished sketch you can ask for minor changes.
• If the initial sketch was rejected for some reason, and the complete redraw was necessary, I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch\pose, modify and use it in any way I see fit.
• Whan Commission finished you will receive DropBox link with High-Resolution of your Picture.
•I don't make fixes on the finished Pictures. Each extra minimal fix costs $10. My own mistakes be fixed at any stage for free.

EXTRA:

• Private commissions available: +50% of total price (compensate for the lost traffic and page views)
• Speed Paint of commission available: +$35
• If for some reason you want to remain anonymous, then it will be done for free, just ask.

OTHER:

• The process of work after payment may range from a few days to a few month, depending on the circumstances, my state of health and other factors (At the moment I live in Ukraine, so the situation can change at any time).
• Remember that you are not alone in the queue! I'm moving strictly on it.
• You can find out about the status of your order and queue on Trello.

Clean art (sfw), feral, dinosaurs, dragons, sharks and any other kind of animals, humans.
Light erotica (Nude scenes) with the condition that all characters are adults.I don't mind (I can draw, but for me it is too difficult):
Architecture, cars, armor, weapon, robots, fantasy armor and anything like that.I don't draw:
Transformation, most of NSFW art, hyper fat or dystrophy, hyper muscular, hyper tits, other extreme fetishes
